As the Owner/Manager of the above-referenced company, we hereby agree to the following:

We hereby reserve an Exhibitor’s Space at Five Seasons Bridal Runway as selected above.

We agree to have our Exhibit Booth completely set-up by 3pm on Friday - May 8, 2020 and staffed by our Representatives when doors open at 6:00pm. We also agree for the Exhibit Booth to be completely dismantled by the end of the show and before we leave.

We agree that failure to have booth ready will forfeit professional photos of booth set-up and Five Seasons is not liable for no photos of your booth at the Show.

We, hereby, release all sponsors, organizers and staff of Five Seasons Bridal Runway Show from any liabilities resulting from damage to our equipment or products and personal injuries received in the production of the Runway Show, and we take full responsibilities for any damage to property of the Atlantis Resort or any other Exhibitors caused by our employees.

We give permission for Five Seasons Bridal to use, in good taste, our company name, products, and images taken in their advertising efforts for the Runway Show.

We agree that all fees paid are non-refundable, and failure to make payment within 48 hours after Registration Submission will result in the submission being cancelled and another Vendor an opportunity to participate.

We hereby agree to offer one door prize AND one grand prize for the overall winners.
